The service
DocumindAI lets you upload documents and ask questions with cited answers. You bring your own Cohere, Pinecone, and Google Cloud Storage credentials (or authorize GCS provisioning via Google OAuth). Usage of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and billing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Only upload content you have the right to process; do not upload unlawful or infringing material.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or rate limits, or probe other tenants' data.
Acceptable use of Google authorization
When you grant Google Cloud access for storage setup, you authorize DocumindAI to act only as described in the consent screen and Privacy Policy: provisioning a bucket-scoped service account for your workspace. Google user data is used only to provide that feature. You may revoke access in your Google Account permissions at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Answers may be incomplete or incorrect; always verify citations against source documents for high-stakes decisions. We are not liable for third-party API outages, your cloud spend, or damages arising from reliance on generated text, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
